Why I am starting this bog.

It has been a little over ten months since I have been officially employed as a pastor. Before you start to get critical, I never had a crisis of faith, or left the the faith. I'm not some liberal all religions are the same crybaby now, in fact I feel like my faith and relationship with God is better than it has ever been. I'm more conservative in my doctrine than I have ever been and I'm studying the bible more than I ever did as a professional religious person. This blog is only going to be my thoughts on the christian faith and the church as an ex-pastor, someone who has some insider experience. I've seen both sides of the spectrum from working at a mega-church to being there for the early years of a church plant. I currently attend a "re-start" church where I am vigorously refusing to become involved in anything pastoralish.
